EXCERPT

ORGANIZATION

This document preserves current contemporary historical data on linkages between transnational corporate cartel operations, both in the area of industrial geo-economic affairs, and in foreign lobbying-intelligence operations, and the overlap between these affairs and the activities of para-military groups within the same region. These groups include private mercenary troops, and ostensible rebel forces, which may appear as alleged by contemporary actors, to be tied to the activities of the same transnational companies, and as such are not indigenous military, but “PSEUDO-OPERATIONS”. See final reference for information on pseudo operations in counter insurgency, in this case applied by private international actors. These private operations may be linked to non- US state, foreign intelligence agencies.

DATA:Suggesting that  Beslan was a pseudo-operation by private para-military comparable to those that operated in Algeria and Azerbaijan.

1.PSEUDO--OPERATIONS WRE ALLEGED TO BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF ALGERIA to defeat a legitimate populist Islamic opposition by the creation or sustaining of a violent militant Islamic opposition to discredit the actual populist threat to the government status quo.

2. THE MAJOR THREAT TO WESTERN NATIONS ECONOMIC INTERESTS from the legitimate Islamic opposition was the threat to major oil interests in Algeria whose natural resources were and are being shipped mainly to the European Union (EU). Major oil companies involved included BP and Shell, lead or managing companies that operate consortia, cartels, in current areas of military operations world wide, including the Caspian area adjacent to Georgia and Azerbaijan.

3- BOTH IN ALGERIA, AND IN THE CASPIAN REGION, THE OIL CONSORTIA OPERATE “BUSINESS COUNCILS”, WHICH APPEAR TO HAVE INTELLIGENCE FUNCTIONS,; or sometimes called “chambers of commerce”, whose members include the same companies which hold major oil interests in the region, and often with overlapping personnel. Several of the individuals involved in these councils include those with military intelligence , counter-insurgency, and narcotics expertise. Often the geographic region of such expertise is relevant to the companies and regions involved, e.g. regions with oil undergoing political opposition which is sometimes para-military within authoritarian regimes. In Africa, a natural fit for application to the state of Algeria, North Africa. Case example, BP executive, former military intelligence ostensibly in Angola, working in both the Caspian and Algeria as a director of the business councils. The employing consortia leader, BP, was a founder of the EU-Business Council, and has strategic business interests, pipelines, and reserves in Algeria, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.

4.There is a substantial overlap between Algerian oil influence intelligence operations by the consortia and those companies operating in the Caspian, and these companies include weapons and mercenaries contractors.

5. Contemporary History in the Caspian region appears to be following less recent history in the Balkans and Afghanistan.

6. Same oil companies and geo-economics interests were present in the Balkans, and led by affiliated personnel of today’s events, e.g. Richard Armitage, International Crisis Group, BP, cooperation.

7. British operated Islamic Terror groups in Balkans and protected them in London allegedly.

8. British Intelligence and special forces were active in pseudo operations including Islamic terror operations in Central Asia and Afghanistan allegedly according to mainstream and non-mainstream reports. The Afghan operation was the largest covert operation conducted by MI6 in the post war period.

9. British MI6 in late 1990s still worked with Islamic Terror Operations.

10. Algerian Islamic Militants , who had lived in London, or were British Nationals, were found among the dead at the Beslan alleged Islamic Terror massacre.

11. The majority of the victims in Beslan were Muslim children, making the attack unlikely to be conducted by religious Muslims since such attacks would violate Islamic Law.

12. The alleged Islamic war in Chechnya is conducted using support from the BP oil consortia state Azerbaijan., according to Russian and U.S. officials. The Chechnya war appears to a proxy war, and not indigenous to the region as it uses foreign fighters and relies on foreign funding and weapons for its operations.

13.British private military contractors based in the UK that employ private mercenary teams include BP and other Caspian consortia members as there clients. Private mercenary companies have operated in the area of pseudo-operations in Algeria, tied to the same personnel and companies in the Georgia supported Chechen conflict and in the anti Russian terror campaign in Nagorno (Azerbaijan ).

FULL EXCERPT-. PSEUDO-OPERATIONS IN COUNTER-INSURGENCY-The use of paramilitary forces, sometimes unknown to the participating group, as an instrument of counter-insurgency, that is to defeat a political opposition, rebel force, insurgency. The method creates a militant violent parallel insurgency to defeat the popular appeal of a genuine popular opposition to a government
